X1 Carbon Gen 12 is documented with Core Ultra U and H series choices, LPDDR5x memory, and multiple 14-inch displays. The OLED 2.8K 120Hz option is the one we feature because it is the panel people actually argue about. IPS WUXGA configs exist and weigh and cost differently. WWAN, vPro, and smart-card are SKU-specific.
Memory is soldered. 32GB is the comfortable 2026 business-plus-browser setup we list. Other sizes are offered. You will not add RAM later. 1TB PCIe 4.0 is the storage we pair with that memory; smaller SSDs appear on cheaper CTOs.
